Everybody was responsive and the room was non-smoking. I got free upgrade and truly enjoyed it. They provide a continental breakfast with a great selection of options;)))

super staff, astonishing breakfast, fairly quiet rooms. the bed was neat and it was great having blackout drapes, heating and 2 tvs. the beach was awesome. smooth check-in was a bonus. it's my first option in kingston, thank you.
